MTSS-K at the 37th ADMEE-Europe Annual Conference in Bienne, Switzerland
The MTSS-K consortium participated in the 37th ADMEE-Europe Annual Conference, held from 7 to 9 January 2026 at the Haute École Pédagogique BEJUNE in Bienne, Switzerland. Organised by ADMEE-Europe, an international association dedicated to research on evaluation in education, the conference brought together researchers, educators, and practitioners to reflect on how evaluation can support professional development and educational practice.
As part of the programme, the consortium contributed a dedicated symposium presenting the scientific and methodological foundations of the MTSS-K project. The symposium addressed the design of literacy and numeracy assessment tools, the development of instruments to monitor teaching practices and implementation processes, and the role of family engagement in early numeracy within the MTSS framework. It also discussed the development of literacy interventions, socio-emotional and behavioural support, and the methodological challenges involved in conducting randomised controlled trials while balancing research quality standards with practical constraints in school settings.
